Thanks for using Jaggha! We're excited to help you streamline your restaurant's ordering process. These terms outline what you can expect from us and what we expect from you when you use our platform.

By using Jaggha, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use our service. We've tried to keep this simple and clear, but if you have questions, feel free to reach out.

What We Do

Jaggha provides a digital ordering system for restaurants. We give you the tools to create digital menus, accept orders from customers, and manage your restaurant operations more efficiently.

When you sign up for a pilot or become a customer, you get access to our platform, support, and regular updates. We're committed to making your experience smooth and helpful.

Your Responsibilities

You're responsible for the content you add to your menu—prices, descriptions, images, and availability. Make sure everything is accurate and up to date. You're also responsible for fulfilling orders placed through our platform.

Please don't use Jaggha for anything illegal or harmful. Don't try to break our systems, share your account with unauthorized people, or use our service in a way that hurts others.

Keep your account information secure. If you notice any suspicious activity, let us know right away.

Pilot Program

Our pilot program offers a free 2–4 week trial of Jaggha. During the pilot, you can explore all features and see how it works for your restaurant. No credit card required.

At the end of the pilot, you can choose to continue with a paid subscription or end your trial. We'll give you plenty of notice before any charges begin.

Pricing and Payments

Our pricing is straightforward: PKR 5,000-8,000 per month depending on your restaurant's size and needs. We'll discuss the exact pricing with you before you commit.

Payments are processed monthly. If you need to cancel, you can do so at any time, and your service will continue until the end of your current billing period.

Service Availability

We work hard to keep Jaggha running smoothly, but sometimes things happen. We can't guarantee that our service will be available 100% of the time. We'll do our best to minimize downtime and keep you informed if there are issues.

We regularly update and improve Jaggha. Sometimes this means brief interruptions, but we'll try to schedule these during low-traffic times.

Intellectual Property

Jaggha and all its features, design, and technology are owned by us. You own the content you create—your menu items, descriptions, and images. You give us permission to use that content to provide the service to you.

Don't copy, modify, or reverse engineer our platform. If you have ideas for improvements, we'd love to hear them!

Limitation of Liability

We provide Jaggha "as is." We're not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or issues that arise from using our service. Our total liability is limited to what you've paid us in the past month.

That said, we're committed to providing a reliable service and will work with you to resolve any problems that come up.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms occasionally to reflect changes in our service or legal requirements. When we make significant changes, we'll notify you by email or through the platform.

If you continue using Jaggha after we've updated the terms, you're agreeing to the new version. If you don't agree with the changes, you can cancel your subscription.
